Semester in Review: Freshens Opens at RVCC

1 min read

My interviews with students have been edited for greater clarity.

Freshens opened on March 22, 2023, at Raritan Valley Community College, providing students with more dining options compared to what they had previous semesters.

One student named Shae Brogowski said, “Freshens is really good, I’m so happy to have more fresh options.”

Freshens now serves students options such as smoothies, smoothie bowls, sandwiches, flatbreads, burritos, and burrito bowls.

Evren Yucekus-Kissane, a graduating student told me, “The açaí bowls are not filling as I expected. However, the rice bowls are great. They are better & cheaper than Chipotle.”

Freshens is located in RVCC’s cafeteria and its hours are posted here
